The Chitwan Business Complex (CBC), located in Bharatpur–10, Chitwan, is a major mixed-use development that commenced operations in September 2025. Also known as CBC Hotel, the project includes a 4-star hospitality facility operated in collaboration with Lords Hospitality, along with a retail supermarket managed by Sales Berry. The 11-story complex spans approximately 107,000 square feet with two basement levels, providing parking for around 80 four-wheelers and 200 two-wheelers.
The development consists of a commercial mart occupying three floors and a hotel operating across six floors, making it a prominent commercial and hospitality hub in the region. The project required reliable and high-performance infrastructure systems to support continuous operations, safety, and modern facility management.
Project Overview
Khoj Builders was responsible for executing the complete electrical and low-current (ELV) infrastructure works for the complex. The project involved installation and integration of power distribution systems, safety systems, and communication networks to ensure efficient, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the facility. All works were carried out with a focus on system reliability, safety compliance, and coordinated execution across multiple services.
